“I don’t need to be healthier” said no one EVER!
Join us for The Daniel Plan, a six-week study centered on five essential elements: Faith, Food, Fitness, Focus, and Friends. Why Daniel? Being “Daniel Strong” means pursuing excellence in body, mind, and spirit for God’s glory. When individuals address health in each of these areas, they attain transformational results that last.
In the first year of The Daniel Plan, over 15,000 people from 190 countries participated. Collectively those participants lost over 250,000 pounds, improved their health, increased their energy, started sleeping better, and reduced their need for medication. Created by Rick Warren (author of 40 Days of Purpose) and a team of medical professionals, The Daniel Plan is a 40-day study that will help us all on a journey to better health.
The dates for this six-week study, on Sunday evenings in the Fellowship Hall, 6:30 – 7:30 p.m., are as follows:
- September 23 - Session 1: Faith - Kickoff
- October 7 - Session 2: Food
- October 14 - Session 3: Fitness
- October 21 – Session 4: Focus (Note: This is a change; we will have a session this Sunday.)
- October 28 - Session 5: Friends
- November 4 - Session 6: Final Session
